2027 Top Workplaces Awards Nominations Are Open!

Nevada companies are invited to join the 2027 Top Workplaces Awards with nominations open until January 15.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal, in partnership with VegasBusiness, is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2027 Top Workplaces Awards. This annual program celebrates organizations in Nevada that foster outstanding workplace cultures while placing employee satisfaction at the forefront.

Recognizing Employee-Centric Organizations

Nominations will be accepted until January 15, 2027. Companies of all types and sizes, including nonprofits and public entities across Nevada, are encouraged to participate in this employee-led recognition initiative.

What sets the Top Workplaces Awards apart from other accolades is that the recognition hinges entirely on confidential feedback from employees. This valuable input is collected through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, a known name in workplace culture research and technology. The survey focuses on critical aspects of workplace experience, such as leadership, alignment, engagement, and overall effectiveness.

A Unique Opportunity for Feedback

By centering the awards on employee feedback, the Top Workplaces initiative provides businesses with a meaningful avenue to gauge workplace sentiment. Additionally, it shines a light on organizations that prioritize the well-being and growth of their employees.

"Exceptional workplace cultures do not occur by chance. They are crafted by companies that invest in their employees, welcome their feedback, and create an environment where everyone can grow and succeed," stated Tracey Kennedy, the vice president of marketing and events at the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Ceremony and Recognition

Organizations that earn recognition as Top Workplaces will be honored at the awards ceremony scheduled for September 2027. Awardees will also be featured prominently in a special segment of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, complemented by a marketing push in both print and online formats, highlighting Nevada’s top employers.
